1. Terms of Return and Refund

Returns & Replacements Policy

At Crave Now, your satisfaction and safety are our top priorities. To maintain the highest standards of hygiene and discretion, we accept returns or replacements only in the event of Defective Delivery, i.e., if the product is damaged or defective upon delivery.

 Return/Replacement Eligibility

You may request a return or replacement within 48 hours of receiving your order (“Defective Delivery Return Window”), only if the item is seal-packed and defective.

For example, if you’d like to test a device, you may check the functionality by pressing the on/off button without breaking the hygiene seal. If there is any issue, please report it within the 48-hour window.

 Mandatory Requirement

An unboxing video clearly showing the issue with the product is required to initiate a return or replacement.

The video must show the intact seal, unboxing process, and the issue encountered (if any).

 Return/Replacement Will NOT Be Accepted If:

The product has been used, tampered with, or sealed broken unnecessarily.

Original packaging, tags, labels, or freebies are missing.

Product is returned in a different condition than shown in the submitted video.

The 48-hour return window has expired.

Our quality team is not satisfied with the authenticity of the provided video/images.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only if:

A replacement is not possible or not requested, after a valid return claim is accepted.

An order is cancelled (either by you or by Crave Now) before shipment.

 Refund Timeline:

Once your return request is approved and the product is received and verified at our facility:

Your refund will be processed within 7 business days directly to your original payment method.

You’ll receive a confirmation email/message once the refund has been initiated.

 Note:

Refund or replacement is a one-time process per order. Once completed, the same product/order will not be eligible for another return or refund under any circumstances.  Refund details will be communicated via the Customer’s registered email ID or mobile number. Zenzaura Wellness reserves the right to process refunds at its discretion, and all decisions made in this regard will be final and binding.

3. Cancellation Policy

If the Customer places an order and due to any reason Zenzaura Wellness is unable to ship the product, the order will be cancelled, and the transaction amount (if already paid) will be refunded to the Customer in accordance with this policy.

Some situations that may result in order cancellation include, but are not limited to:

• Non-availability of the product(s) or quantities ordered
  
• Non-availability of services
  
• Pricing inaccuracies or errors
  
• Force Majeure events
  

Zenzaura Wellness may contact the Customer if any part of the order is cancelled or if further information is required to process the order.

Important Notes:

• Promo codes used in a cancelled order cannot be reused.
  
• Any promotional offers or free gifts associated with the order will be forfeited upon cancellation.
  

Customers may request partial or full order cancellations between Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 8 PM, by writing to contact@cravenow.net , provided the order has not been shipped. Zenzaura Wellness reserves the right to accept or reject cancellation requests at its discretion.

Orders containing products that are part of a bundle or promotional combo (“Combo Product Pack”) cannot be partially cancelled—only full cancellation of the Combo Product Pack is allowed.

Orders that have already been processed cannot be cancelled. Zenzaura Wellness has sole discretion in determining the processing status of an order, and the Customer agrees not to dispute this decision.
